Every summer there is an electronic music festival Tune Up Your Summer at Gaizins. Every summer there are discussions about making similar event in winter.This year this finally happens. Most likely, winter will have already loosened it's grip and there won't be much snow left, though. So this will be more like an early-spring picnic.
